COMFORT INN KANSAS CITY, Kansas City – A Smart Stay in the City

Upon arrival at the hotel at 9:00 pm, much later than planned due to my late reservation, I was disappointed to find the room unprepared with broken picture frames, dingy towels, and a barely functional window unit for air/heat. However, the room itself was clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for my stay.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. However, the check-in process was delayed, and there was some discomfort due to staff behavior. The location was excellent for exploring nearby restaurants and bars, but the dining options could be improved.

I felt uncomfortable almost the whole time I was there due to the sketchy location and safety concerns. The room looked great at first glance, but upon closer inspection, it was dirty and small, and there were cigarette butts on the floor. The price was exorbitant compared to the quality and cleanliness. The service was a mixed bag with helpful moments but also unprofessional behavior like referring to us as 'you people. ' The dining experience was subpar with minimal options and unimpressive dishes.

The hotel was clean and safe, with no odors in the rooms. However, the Wi-Fi and air conditioning could use improvement. The service was friendly but had language barriers. The location was convenient for specific attractions but felt sketchy at times. The dining offered limited options, but the hotel's facilities were decent.

My stay at the hotel was less than ideal. The rooms were dirty with smoke holes on the bed covers and cigarette butts on the floor. The elevator was out of order, the pool was unclean, and I was overcharged for a double bed. I didn't feel safe due to shady individuals lingering around, and check-in was delayed despite arriving late.
